Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned or exchanged if it is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and hygiene liners attached. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Request it from My orders in your account, or write to info@delohanabikinis.com. Include your order number and the pieces you'd like to return, and we'll reply with instructions to send them back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong piece.

Refunds go back to the same card you paid with, in the same currency you were charged. We process the refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the piece; depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 15 business days to appear on your statement. If part of the order was paid with a gift card, that part goes back to the gift card first.

If you return the whole order, we also refund the original shipping cost; on a partial return, shipping is non-refundable.

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. An order that has not shipped yet is cancelled rather than returned: see Cancellations in our Terms of Service.
