Shipping

We ship across Costa Rica from Tamarindo with Correos de Costa Rica. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days; the shipping cost depends on the destination and the weight of the order, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. Store pickup in Tamarindo is also available. We do not ship outside Costa Rica.

Times are counted in business days from dispatch, once the order has been processed. Costa Rica: 8 to 10 business days. They are the carrier's estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by Correos de Costa Rica, but we will help you follow up on any shipment.

Once your order ships, you can follow its tracking number from My orders in your account. If something doesn't look right, write to us with your order number.

Gift cards are not shipped: the code arrives by email, to the recipient or to you, right after the purchase.
